At Rikaayu Healthcare, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time. International shipping is currently not available.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹999
• Express Shipping: ₹150 (1-2 days delivery in select cities)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our Track Order page.

Packaging

All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us
