Our Return Policy

Return Eligibility
- • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- • Products must be unused and in original packaging
- • All seals and labels must be intact
- • Original invoice must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- ✗ Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- ✗ Used or consumed products
- ✗ Products without original packaging or labels
- ✗ Items purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)
How to Return

- 2 Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return
- 3 Get Approval: Our team will review and approve your return request
- 4 Ship Back: Pack the product securely and ship to the provided address
- 5 Receive Refund: Once we receive and verify the return, refund will be processed
Refund Process
- • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
- • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product is defective)
- • Return shipping cost to be borne by customer (unless product is damaged/defective)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free return pickup and full refund or replacement.
Important: Claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
